The MP2300Siec machine controller, part of our latest MP2000iec series, integrates Yaskawas powerful motion engine with the IEC61131-3 and PLCopen programming standards. These controllers include a built-in web server for easy maintenance and Ethernet connectivity compatible with the most popular network protocols. Available in 4,8, and 16-axis EtherNet/IP, Modbus/TCP, and web server diagnostics included on all models Available preconfigured with a local I/O module which has 16 optically isolated inputs, 16 optically isolated outputs and a master encoder input. Users can select from one of 8 local I/O modules for the one open slot Expanded I/O can be attained through EtherNet/IP, Modbus/TCP, and/or MECHATROLINK-II network I/O modules from Yaskawa or third parties Design Features for MP2300Siec Communication Protocols: Open standards EtherNet/IP and Modbus/TCP for connectivity to nearly every HMI and PLC on the market. Standard Programming Languages: IEC61131-3 means that programs are developed and executed with predictable behavior. Programmable Amplifier Outputs: The controller can operate local Sigma-5 outputs. This reduces panel cost and space requirements when just a couple of outputs are necessary. Controller-Centric Commissioning: The MECHATROLINK motion network provides a channel for configuring the machine from a single location with one software tool. A Multitude of Options: Choose from eight option cards offered for the expansion slot to accommodate most machine requirements. Remote I/O:Numerous third-party remote I/O modules such as Phoenix, Wago, and Opto 22 can be interfaced with the system via MECHATROLINK and Ethernet. Web Server:A built in web server offers standard controller diagnostic information eliminating the need for special software for maintenance personnel
